A little hammering, a little glue, a little paint... now it looks new!

So My lil grand has choosen to go with a White rocker and Pink roses and that made my life a whole lot easier!

That old brown rocking chair I got for a couple of bucks and my favorite junk store is ready for some dollies. I can wait for her to see it. I have it pictured below just after I did the roses. Next pics you see of it will be with Lizzy and her dollies!

So looking forward to Dolly time with my little granddaughter!

This is lovely Sis. Zoey-Mae. This reminds me of the chidrens rockers that sat on the big front porch for the chidren to sit in. Bro. Doc

Thank you. Yes its just a bit smaller than that lol I remember those too!

I guess there must be two sizes then, because under the back awning we had one the size of the one in your picture and it was yellow with a two teddy bears on each end. Bro. Doc

Very nice. Granddaughter did well to choose white with roses over bubblegum pink...

Dollies will be very happy...

I think so! Thanks :)

It's great to be able to upcycle things and save them from a skip or just give them a new use. The bench looks great.

I agree, its one of my favorite things to do! Thank you!

That rocking chair doesn't look anything like I thought it would. It's so wide a stuffed toy (like a teddy bear) might fit in it better than a doll. How about sewing a cushion that ties on for the seat? Maybe a pink one.

Oh, you read my mind LOL. I was just thinking of that too. maybe a little quilted one :)

Thank you!

That turned out great!!

Thanks! Lots of fun.

Looking really great.

Thank you very much! :)

I love this. You did a great job.

Thank you!
