Today my best friend Russell told me that his girlfriend toys with his emotiona so much, he doesn't feel like he has any emotion left at all.
So i put on my best damn pokerface and tried not to cry.
&I wanna help him, but he insists that he doesnt need help, and time will pass, and so will this. I know he's right, but he's so depressed right now that i cant help but wanna break down and fucking attack hug him all the time.
I really dunno what to do.

You don't have to be sad about it. Guys are usually naturally good at fighting emotions. Take it from a guy himself (me...) I have been through that path multiple times. Suicide attempts and everything... Had the cops called on me every time I was caught. But everything turned out okay, a few cuts and scars here and there. But for the most part I am better..
