
Pesto Pizza

"This is a recipe for the only pizza I tolerate so far, so I hope you enjoy!!!"

Ingredients:
- Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- Basil Pesto
- Olive Oil (for brushing)
- Rice Flour (to assist rolling)
- cauliflower
- zucchini
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450*.
2. Roll out pizza dough, using flour to not tear dough.
3. Place on greased baking pan.
4. Brush on pesto.
5. Place cauliflower and zucchini on top.
6. Place in oven, and bake until golden brown (about 15 minutes).

Looks nteresting. But we usually get Pizza from Papa Murphy's. Hope you find more foods to tolerate soon. Kathy |

Oh. Um. Not think I would like. Cauliflower and zucchini on pizza not sound very um, appetizing. Um. No cheese or pizza sauce?
