Ina's Brussel Sprouts

"If you never liked Brussel Sprouts, this is a must try and you'll never dislike them again."
Ingredients:
- 6-10 Brussel Sprouts per person depending on size
- Olive Oil
- Salt (I use garlic salt, but any salt would work)
- Pepper (I use seasoned pepper, but any (black) pepper would work)
Directions:
Cut ends of Brussel Sprouts, and put them into a bowl large enough to hold all the spouts with enough room to toss. Add a heaping amount of olive oil, enough to cover each sprout. Add salt and pepper, enough to coat each sprout when tossing them in the bowl. Be generous!!!! Don't be scared. Yes, this is a heart attack waiting to happen.
Put sprouts on a baking sheet, making sure each sprout gets a drop of leftover oil on them.
Cook @ 350 for 40 mins. to an hour. Stirring them half way into the cooking process.

I will have to try that, there isn't many ways to cook brussel sprouts. I do like them though. Thanks!
