"This has to be one of the best recipes because of all the variations you could make. These are some of the few I've made: Chocolate with mint chips, Lemon with raspberry chips, Pina Colada. Just the few of my favorites."
Servings: min. 24
Ingredients:
- A box of your favorite cake mix
- Chips/fruit to compliment the above cake mix (you could use hard candy bits, nuts...use your imagination)
- 1 egg
- stick of butter (room temperature)
- slab of cream cheese (room temperature)
- Vanilla extract (asks for 1 teaspoon, but sometimes I go to town. Use your digression. If you use liquor I suggest that you don't use Vanilla extract.)
- Powder sugar
Directions:
Add all ingredience and mix
Refrigerate for 2 hours before cooking
Bake at 350 for 12 mins. Using #30 scoop. Time may vary for size of scoop.
Scoop batter into a bowl of Powder sugar. Placed on a non-stick cookie sheet, or lightly coat cooking sheet with flour based Pam.

To make the Pina Colada:
Pineapple cake mix
Soak coconut flakes in light rum for at least an hour. The longer the better. Drain rum before adding to batter.
I've thought about Captain Morgan or Malibu. Again use your imagination.
