Ingredients:
- velveeta cheese 1 pound
- Jimmy Dean Breakfast sausage, (However much you want)
- 2 Cans of rotel
- 1 Small onion
- 1 small can green chiles
- 1 bell pepper
- garlic powder
- black pepper, white pepper
- onion powder
- Chili powder
- salt
- Paprika
- Pickled jalapenos with the juice!
Directions:
Cut the velveeta into extra small cubes. Put into a glass bowl with the rotel and all the seasonings, (These are put in by how much you feel is necessary. My family never uses measurements. But remember you can always add more seasoning once the cheese is melted but you can't take them back out!) Stir these together and add a little of the juice from the jalapenos into the bowl. About a tablespoon should do it, put the bowl in the microwave on high. Don't cover the bowl. (make sure to stir it every couple minutes so it doesn't burn)Now cut up the bell pepper and onion in a small dice. Put the sausage in a pan and brown it, when it's almost done add the vegetables and the green chiles cook for about 5 minutes. Then drain the oil form the meat and set aside. Now the cheese should be melted so stir it and taste it. if more seasonings are needed go ahead and add them. once it's all stirred up add the meat mixture and serve with tortilla chips!
