Road Signs
I can't remember how I stumbled across it, but I found a webpage that had a bunch of funny road signs. Can't easily copy it here, so I will have to put the link below for all of you to follow. I thought at first it was tied to an actual county website, but looks like that is not the case. In any case, some are pretty funny.

The one with the Secret Nuclear Bunker is a place I have actually visited. It is a bit scary when you go down into it and find a whole town underground. |

Thank you for sharing the signs link.Goes to prove that 'variety is the spice of life'. Elsewhere I've posted lots of videos but with online videos not allowed here, posting a link or two may be the answer. The only problem is that a video link often presents much more than the selected video, such as other videos and lots of advertising. By using embedding, my posted videos have only been the selected video. Nothing more and nothing less. |

Action - You can post videos here. When I first read the rules I got the impression a lot of things were prohibitied, but that is not always the case. When you do a post, you can add a youtube video (like I did on my Glen Campbell post) or your own video (like karate2000 has done). So give things a try and see if it works out for you. |

Action~ When you're doing a post and want to add a youtube video, on the second row of the tool bar, you'll see 'add widget.' Click the dropdown menu, the bottom one is youtube. Click it, it will open up a window, copy and paste the url of the video into it, and you're good to go. |

Mama- Thank you for your help. I have taken a copy of your comment. I always feel that too many videos are worse than none at all. Videos can be great space fillers and at the same time, can be rather impersonal. However, to each his/her own, so they say. |

I don't post them very often. I'm one of those odd creatures that really doesn't care to listen to most music. (related to a medical/dental condition--I wasn't always that way, it's a sensative ear issue, can't stand noise and many sounds) But I've never heard of anybody having problems here for posting youtube videos...so feel free to do so. Lots of people here do post them frequently. |
HA!!! Some of those are absolutely hysterical...and makes one wonder how much they're paying those guys who paint signs and lines on the road.
