Today I heard my 5 year old daughter telling her 2 month old cousin about God.

It was amazing to see a small girl telling another that God comes down to help us sometimes and then He goes up again because from up there He can see everything and things are better if you are high up...her words, not mine!

I was smiling at the same time that I decided to take a picture of this moment to show later on to my goddaughter what was going on during that day.

It is funny how kids know and  understand things, even when you don't really teach them that. I have never given them lecture about God, but I always say He is in your heart and you should be a good person because He sees everything, but I never thought my kid was really into it.

Today, she opened a book with daily prayers, pretended to be reading one to her cousin and then when I asked her what she was reading, she told me: nothing mom! I was proud to see my baby growing so fast and trying to be a teacher like her mom.

She is adorable, she is a great daughter! I'm so thankful I have her. Thank you God for sending me this amazing kid to be with me and help me in my journey.
