"Basic Icing recipe for cupcakes"

Ingredients:
- 100g butter, softened
- 3 C icing sugar
- 1/4 C milk
Directions:
1. Using an electric mixer beat butter in a bowl until pale, gradually add sifted icing sugar and milk, beating constantly until combined.
