Off to Walmart!
Only because they have Bird's Eye veggies, which are safe. I would rather go to a local grocery store, and when Eddie has the time, or rather, MAKES time for this, we'll go to a local store and explore.
I am already familiar with WM and know what places to avoid getting seriously corned. Just will go and get coffee, bananas, the veggies, safe local eggs, and then head out quickly, *if* I can resist looking at the yarn.
Seems that Fearless Boss is done writing out memos for now, and no reports have come in for proofreading. I don't mind the reports, not really. The reports is what pays my wages, such as they are. It's when he's on a report-writing frenzy that he drives me nuts, because, like most born-and-bread New Yorkers, he wants it yesterday.

Social work reports, documents, letters, translations from English to Spanish, and vice versa. Anything that is sent my way. I also proofread my kids term papers, if it's permitted. I don't make the changes in those, though, I suggest things like, Dan, you should make this concise, or expand your idea here, or This sentence is redundant, things like that. I go now forth yonder to the Wal Mart, to encounter Walmartians and come home with my loot! |
