With the reading of “How Soccer Explains the World” by Franklin Foer, we can know much about the soccer globalization concepts. With a globalization, we can know much about other countries’ traditions. With the globalization, we can know other countries’ cultures, religions, and sometimes the race problems. But in another hand, sometimes the good side hiding some problems, and sometimes we can see these problems, and sometimes we cannot. And with the globalization, we can know the other countries more and more, and let other countries know us more and more. And the globalization also can bring us many benefits, some were come with time flies, and some were come with the technology developing. The best example of technology development brings globalization benefits is the internet technology has been popularized,and the mobile technology developed.  

       I remembered that when I was a little kid, my home just have a television, and just can received about 30 channels, 10 of them were national channels and others were local channels. And most of the local channels didn’t have their own programs, and replay national channels’ programs and some popular TV plays, and we can just watch news on national channel, and the most of news were reporting domestic news. So, at that time, our views were such narrow and can’t know much information about other countries. When I was in 3^rd grade, my dad bought our first computer and his first mobile phone. But at that time, the mobile phone just has regular phone functions. But with the internet, I can watched news online, and played games. But at that time, there were few websites can watch news, and most of websiteswere selling advertisements. And with the time flies, I can watch news online, watch videos online, and consume online. With the internet technology developing, we can do anything online. On internet, we can know much more about foreign countries. And also, I can buy foreign products. Consume online is much more convenience and cheaper. This is a globalization benefit.

       The technologies are developing. Later on when I was in high school, the mobile operator announced mobile internet service, and then we can know the world more convenience. We can watch news and videos anytime, anywhere with the mobile phone. We can play games online with friends from other countries. And also, we can share our grades with them.

       And the largest benefit for me is that I learned much about foreign countries’ culture and traditions, and finally, I made the decision to study aboard. From the internet, I know that the U.S education is much better then Chinese education. And I knew that English is more and more important in nowadays, and if I study aboard, I can learn much more then enroll in Chinese college. This is the globalization for me. After I came to the U.S, I blend in the U.S culture and society soon, this is the globalization gave to me.
