Americans Say Obamacare Should Be Repealed...

Added: Tuesday, July 3rd 2012 at 10:53am by nobullthinker

...because it will crash our economy. Of course it will crash our economy. But that is not my first concern for the consequences of Obama Care. After all, we can hardly hope to avoid that eventuality as it happens to be already upon us today. Obama Care can only hasten it and assure it.

...because it will give the government the power to decide who lives and who dies. Of course it will put the lives of every one of us in the hands of a pack of morons, incompetents and crooks. But that is not my first concern about the consequences of Obama Care. After all the trend in that direction is already upon us as well.

...because it will give government the power to examine every detail of our lives and control every move we make. Of course it will give government that power but so what, were heading there already. Try to super-size your McDonald's in some places today. So that is not my first concern either.

...because the USA's lead in world medical research and discovery will be destroyed. True, the end of free enterprise medical science here will mean the end of medical advancement world-wide. No doubt Obama Care will bring it to a screeching halt. But why worry about that? Government has been destroying American free enterprise bit by bit for over a hundred years. All Obama Care is going to do is administer the coup d' gras.

My first concern with the institution of Obama Care is that those who will administer it are the politically correct elite who do not have the capacity of logic to make reasonable decisions within the limits of resources they will be commanding.

In other words, since Obama Care is nothing more than a politically correct fantasy in which everyone gets 1st class medical treatment for free, this conflict with reality will make itself apparent almost immediately upon its implementation. Only then will the Leftist elites come to grips with the fact that there is an absolute limit to how much money, medicine and doctor's care is available for distribution.

That's when the scary part comes in for me. These hopeless dreamers will decide who lives or dies according to their political correctness scale. To be precise death panels will become the new surreal reality. To be meted out on a scale that will look very much like this:

...first in line will be Democrat politicians – the party elite, the commissars;

...then will come the union workers – because they will be the party loyalist, its backbone don't you know;

...the most worthless and non-productive members of society will be treated next in line; the so called poor and underprivileged, the slugs;

...followed by the victims of bigotry; blacks, illegal immigrants, gays, women and all of the classes of humanity that liberal dreamers insist require special legal protections (it will pay great dividends to check off the “Indian” box when they ask you to identify your racial heritage),

...followed by children (maybe),

...other classes of people may be prioritized in this system but we know who will be last on the list don't we? Me. And those like me who are up in their years, have worked and paid taxes all their lives, made their best efforts to abide by the law and be solid members of the community. We will be betrayed. We will be the undesirables.

These liberals who claim to be immaculately conceived and born free of the stains of bigotry or bias will be the very people determining who lives and who dies based on the most absolute terms of bigotry and bias as anyone can name in world history. These fascists for equality will decide that I am not up to their physical or moral or racial or political standards to be worthy of living on, to be worthy of partaking in the power they alone possess.

Sieg Heil!

And that's the way it is, or will be if we don't get Obama out. With the OWS ready to cause riots that bring on Martial Law, that brings on Election postponement, that puts many of us in  the Holding Pens at FEMA and causes them to bring out the Guillotines or fire up their new Gas Furnaces. Most will be like the Germans under Hitler, they won't believe this will happen. Then, I wonder why all these things are there, must be a reason.

I'm not going to say that it's going to happen. And I'm definitely not going to say that those kinds of preparations are taking place. I will say that Americans are every bit as capable of genocide (class cleansing) as the Nazi's were. In fact any People on earth could be pushed to commit mass atrocities.

5 months this may be a moot point. I don't care what the lib polls say, Obama IS a failure. The jobs aren't there and the economy still sucks.

Now Obama wants more "quantitative easing"....printing more money which will DEVALUE the dab of money we already have.

Rinse, repeat.

Stuck on stupid won't fix squat.

Um, Jay, I meant the comment below for you. {#embarassed.gif}

Quantitative easing is an out and out theft of free enterprise and the American People by our government. It is time to put an end to this tyranny that plagues us.

Yes Nobull, emphatically YES!

The newly elected seem to join a "Thieves Guild" soon after we elect them. It's because the old thieves infect and corrupt them.

Obamacare is communisum.

I do not want the government telling me how to spend my money.

Big mistake telling us how we must spend our money. They should have stuck to their standard practice of just ripping it out of our hands {#angry.gif} .

NOBULL:  I am impressed with sentence that reads: "The liberals who claim to be immaculately conceived and born free of the stains...."  But I don't know of any liberal who claims to be immaculately conceived.  It is a good line anyway, even though it is not true.  The rest  of your essay is pure hogwash.  You poor man, you, so put upon.  I suppose you are opposed to Medicare for All.  And hey, do you accept (or will you accept) your social security checks?

There are many things wrong with the U S of A., but equating it with Nazi Germany only highlights your paranoia.  Talk about figments of the imagination, you take the cake.  Anyhow, I am pleased to know you can write a good sentence even if it is not true.  Take care, Schweetheart.

Never said they claimed it. Only that they assume it. They? Bigoted? Preposterous!

And the worst of them certainly are fascists. I know what fascism is and don't throw the word around lightly.

Hope you had a happy 4th.

Very good points.

To me it seems obvious in that "they" (and I use the term "they" loosely for it seems that most individuals = they) never get to the root cause of any problem because they are constantly trying to alter the effects of the cause rather than knowing the specific cause that leads to it's inevitable effects.  Seek out the truth by trying to find the truth (the cause) and once you learn what that truth is and understand it well enough to know what is create a new cause where the effects will inevitably be what they are attempting to change/alter through their bad practices/approaches/applications/perspectives.  Cause and effect.  It's rather simple to me.

When an apple falls off the tree you can't change the fact that it fell and any attempts to do that will create it's own set of effects.  If you don't want the apple to fall where it falls you can do a number of things such as cutting the tree down, catching the apples in a net, etc., but you can't keep throwing the apples back up to the tree hoping they will stick permamently and solve your problem.

Health Insurance is the tree except the only fruit it produces is swollowed up by itslef and it never makes it to the ground to be distributed to those in need (us squirrels).

Healthcare may be needed by everyone but it is ludicrous to believe you must have health insurance in order to have healthcare.  Think about it.  Why are we not building more clinics and hiring more doctors with funds provided to appropriate non-profit organizations paid for by the tax payers?  Why do we get it in our simple little brains that insurance = quality health care?  Why do we need the middleman?  Why can't we take all that money going to the middleman and use it for primary care?  We've turned the need for individual health care into a need for insurance conglomerates to make more money off the individual need for health care services.  People need doctors.  Doctors service patients.  Neither NEEDs insurance.  Insurance companies NEED us, not the other way around.

Actaully, it doesn't need to be funds provided to "non-profits".  It could be funds provided to profitable hospitals.  Businesses, as all conscious capitalists know, do a far better job creating more with less by providing services and giving people what they want than do those who have no need to earn a profit.  The point is, Health Insurance is not necessary to achieve healthcare reform.  Anyone who thinks so is either greedy or they are foolish.

Great points. Love people who can use Socratic logic. So rare.

Don't be so much of a stranger. {#drinking33.gif}

I'll try not to.  I hadn't logged on to Blogster in two years. {#drinking08.gif}   Maybe I'll come back more often!  Love reading you, by-the-way.
