Tempura Batter

"A Japanese dish of seafood or vegetables that have been dipped in batter and quickly fried. This dish is cooked in high temperature to become light and crispy."
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup ice water/cold water
- 1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
Directions:
1. Beat an egg in a bowl.
2. Add ice water in the bowl.
3. Be sure to use very cold water.
4. Add sifted flour in the bowl and mix lightly.
5. Be careful not to over mix the batter.
