Dear Mrs. Hillary Clinton
My first and last visit with you was within your visit to Turkey with U.S. Former President Mr. Bill Clinton, Former UN Secretary General Mr. Kofi Annan and his wife on December 1999; while from a Committee including of United Nations, Vatican Embassy, United States Embassy, Canadian Embassy, Australian Embassy in Turkey I was the manager of the Earthquake Region serving Turkish People after the earthquake of August 17, 1999.
Based on the news released by the Worldwide Media on March 3, 2011; as the U.S. Secretary of State you have stated that: “Former FBI agent who disappeared in Iran being held in Asia.” Which is a big lie, because until this moment I am writing this Open Letter based on reliable information former FBI Agent Mr. Robert Levinson is still alive and In Iran, but you lied just because the U.S. Senior Policymakers want to cover the Intelligence Connections and Cooperation between the Iran and U.S. Governments. As the same time they do not want their Counterrevolutionary Policy toward as the ongoing so-called Green Movement in Iran which is based on Iran-A New Approach to stop. We know that you are a politician, so you have to play the game based on the Policymakers orders.
As the former Commander-in-Chief of the Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence Division of the Iranian Revolutionaries Fighting against the Iran Regime from 1981 to November 1998, I decided to follow the case of Former FBI Agent Mr. Robert Levinson who is missing within his mission in Iranian Island Kish. The main idea of the operations took place to find Mr. Robert Levinson came at the time of three weeks during which I was Coordinating an operation between the Iranian Revolutionaries Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence Operatives and the U.S. Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence Services in 2009 in order to stop the assassination which was going to take place against you.
As Iranian Revolutionaries fighting against Iran regime inside the International Borders of Iran are Top Secret Underground Fighters, so no one of them and or their Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence Operatives are allowed to contact Worldwide Governments and or their Agencies, but at the time of Emergencies in order to save the National Security of Iranian People and the Ongoing Independent Revolution of Iranian People to Overthrow the Iran Regime; under specific circumstances the Iranian Revolutionaries utilize their trusted sources to contact the Foreign Governments and their Agencies; therefore, in 2009 in order to stop the possible military reaction of the U.S. Government against Iran, and in order to save millions of innocent Iranians and thousands of innocent U.S. Soldiers Lives the Iranian Revolutionaries decided to put the responsibilityofbeing a coordinator between both Iranian Revolutionaries and U.S. Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence Operatives to save your life; which was a necessity to save both Iranians and Americans National Security.
The assassination was going to take place by Iran Regime Sources, and was planned by some of the Commanders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), and was supported by some criminal minds of U.S. Politicians and Criminal Minds among the so-called Iranian Opposition against the Iran Government.
As we know there are those criminal minds who believe in military actions of United States against Iran among U.S. Politicians and the so-called opposition against the Iran Government; a policy and or belief which is totally against the policies made by the U.S. Senior Policymakers toward Iran.
As the Iranian Revolutionaries were working to find more information about the assassination against you; suddenly they found information about former FBI Agent Mr. Robert Levinson, but because saving your life was more important at that time, so Iranian Revolutionaries started their investigations and researches under my Supervision when we made sure that you are no longer facing life danger in 2009.
On 06/18/2009; you had to work from home with a broken elbow. May be having you to work from home was a necessity in order to maintain more security and safety in order to save your life; an operation which the U.S. Authorities decided at that time.
That day news agencies announced: “After the fall, Clinton was examined in her office and then taken to The George Washington University Hospital, just a few blocks away, where her right elbow was X-rayed, Crowley said. He said he did not believe it was a severe fracture, but that he did not know the exact extent of her injury. She returned to her home at about 10 p.m.”

Of course operations in order to save your life started when you were in Canada on March 2009 until you returned to United States from your visits to Island, England, and Russia in 2009.
Here I would like to take the opportunity to thank to all those who cooperated in 2009 to save your life including of Iranian Revolutionaries Operatives inside Iran, the Operatives of U.S. Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence Services, the Iranians, Americans, Europeans and other Nationalities connected to the United Nations.

Here it is a need to inform you that another assassination was on the table of some of the other IRGC Commanders which again the Iranian Revolutionaries Reported me, and I reported the issue to FBI and other U.S. Authorities in addition of the United Nations on February 16, 2011; which my phone call to the FBI in Las Vegas I faced a very irresponsible question from the Special Agent; which ended to my Open Letter to Mr. Robert Muller the FBI Director. The day after my letter to Mr. Robert Muller; the FBI Special Agent of the Las Vegas Office within a meeting with two U.S. Secret Services Officials promised that will stop any terrorist operations against the U.S. Key Authorities, and I explained them how and why some criminal mind U.S. Politicians and the so-called Iranian opposition againsttheIran regime might want the assassination against the U.S. Key Authorities take place by the Iran regime and or its sources in the United States and around the world.
Of course since I have written the Open letter to Mr. Robert Muller, my Websites are always in troubles, it seems the FBI and or its supporters are taking revenge by making problems to my Websites, and or they want to Censor the truths more.

After the operations in order to save your life in 2009; the insiders of the Iranian Revolutionaries fighting against Iran regime inside Iran started their investigations to find more about former FBI Agent Mr. Robert Levinson in Iran. The investigations and operations took place under my supervision from August 2009 and on August 2010 the place where the former FBI Agent Mr. Robert Levinson is imprisoned in Iran was found by the Iranian Revolutionaries. I announced his place first to the United Nations and then to the U.S. Officials.
In September 22, 2010; within his interview with Mr. Larry King; the Iran regime’s President Mr. Ahmadinejad although denied his information about Ex-FBI Agent, but he indicated that:
“To have a joint information and intelligence committee to gather information about his whereabouts…… Now if the FBI release more information about the purpose of his trip and what information he had and where his other destination was, we maybe able to assist.”

While based on their investigations and researches the Iranian Revolutionaries knew that the Joint Information and Intelligence Committee of U.S. and Iran Regime is in fact activated from years before Ahmadinejad’ interview of 2010 with Larry King.
The investigations prove that the Joint Information and Intelligence Committee of U.S. and Iran Regime is based on which Mr. Robert Levinson former FBI Agent started his mission in Iranian Island Kish.
Investigations also shows that former FBI Agent Mr. Robert Levinson has been justified completely about his mission to Iran, and he knew that he will coordinate an operation between the U.S. and Iran Regimes’ Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence Services under the Iran-A New Approach.
The ongoing so-called Green Movement of Iran is based on the Iran-A New Approach a policy made by the U.S. Senior Policymakers, supervised by the Special Activities Division (SAD) of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Operated by the Committee on Present Danger (CPD), Monitored by the Iran PolicyCommittee(IPC) in order to save the content of the Iran regime by making some changes in its appearance.
The Committee on Present Danger (CPD) under the Special Activities Division of the CIA is a U.S. Senior Policymakers’ Committee founded in 1950s in order to fight the Communism to win the Cold-War, and its first plan was to supervise the CIA’s AJAX Operation against the Iranian Popular Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mossadegh.
The ongoing so-called Green Movement of Iran is a part of the New-Americanism Worldwide Waves as a necessity to win the Clash of Civilizations as a need to finalize the Globalization.
The New-Americanism Worldwide Waves started in 1989 the year in which an operation called Eastern Bloc Political Changes Operated by the CPD and Supervised by the CIA/SAD the Human History Witnessed the Fall of the Berlin Wall.
The other historical worldwide events of the New-Americanism Worldwide Waves Operated by the CPD and Supervised by the CIA/SAD are including of the so-called Velvet Revolution in Georgia, so-called Orange Revolution in Ukraine, and the so-called Green Movement in Iran.
The So-Called Green Movement in Iran was the start of the Dominoes Games of the New-Americanism Worldwide Waves as the result of which the Middle-East and African Countries started their So-Called Pro-Democracy Movements; which will soon shakes the United States and Israel too.
Investigations also prove that former FBI Agent Mr. Robert Levinson was in Iran based on the: “Undermining Pillars of Support” of the Iran- A New Approach where indicates: “The United States has opportunities to develop relations with the military and various services in Iran and should seek to do so. Our Forces in the region, the CIA, FBI, Drug Enforcement Agency and others have issues to work on, ranging from cross-border threats to terrorism to drugs.” (Iran-A New Approach paragraph “Undermining Pillars of Support)
Until this moment which I am writing this open letter to you based on my reliable information former FBI Agent Mr. Robert Levinson is alive and is in Iran, but in your statement based on the suggestions by the U.S. Policymakers you have stated that: “Former FBI agent who disappeared in Iran being held in Asia.”
On the other hand also FBI spokeswoman Katherine Schweit said Thursday the agency could not comment further. "We are working very hard to bring Bob Levinson home safely," Schweit said. "His family misses him dearly and we remain concerned about his heath, given history of diabetes."

It seems once again the U.S. Senior Policymakers are making another mistake, because they do not want their operation in Iran under the so-called Green Movement stop, so they are suggested you to announce that Mr. Robert Levinson is in Asia; which by saying that the U.S. Policymakers making more difficulties for Mr. Robert Levinson’ case. In the other word, the U.S. Policymakers once again want Mr. Robert Levinson to be victim of their inhuman policies; as some of the U.S. Politicians wanted you as the victim of their inhuman willingness.
As an experienced Political and Human Rights Activist, also Intelligence War Specialist for the last 30 years; my suggestion is that if the U.S. Policymakers and Politicians are loyal, so the case of former FBI Agent Must be taken to the United Nations Consul where a Committee from the United Nations under direct supervision of the United Nations Secretary General, United States Authorities (You as the U.S. Secretary of Sate), and Iran Regime authorities solve the issues of the former FBI Agent Mr. Robert Levinson, so that he return to his innocent family members safely.
What is very clear in his case is that former FBI Agent Mr. Robert Levinson is the victim of the inhuman policies made by the U.S. Policymakers under the Iran-A New Approach which is leading the ongoing so-called Green Movement in Iran.
In order to save his life the issue has to be solved in the United Nations under Direct Supervision of the United Nations Secretary General Mr. Ban-ki-moon.
