Niteflirt Could learn a Lesson or Two from Bobski

So my website, the platform I use to work, Niteflirt.com for what ever reasons decided redo it's platform.

Now for contexts sake I will give the reason.  Keen.com used to be the same company as Niteflirt and Ingenio, enter AT&T, who bought The Psychic part known as Keen and the professional advisers side called Ingenio. They however did not buy Niteflirt.

This was last year or the year before and during this time many things stayed the same.  You contacted the same place for customer service and complaints which tells me that niteflirt was given X amount of time to separate its-self from the platform by acquiring different technology or at least having theirs changed by a good programmer.  Keep in mind this is the assumption.

So three weeks ago we get notice letting the providers know they will be off like for twelve hours for maintenance.  This was cool, it happens, though when the new system comes up we will not be able to feature(bid for top placement in lists) for at least six months and the Group feature is gone. Groups are this: You join my group, I pimp your listing and get a percentage of your calls.  No more.  I have entire websites devoted to this and owned like 15 groups and had thousands of girls.

Really shitty.

Not only that but do you recall me saying the notification was three weeks ago?  Yeah the site was totally down for almost a week.  Now, when a call comes in it does not say who it is for which makes it an issue because I cannot assume a mans voice which means Johnny cannot work, though that is not a big concern since he is working on another venture(for tomorrows blog) but not only that, sometimes it credits you for the call, sometimes it doesn't.  Logging in and out is difficult and sometimes the system will log you in to take calls even if you are logged out. You get a rating for every call over 15 minutes you receive and you get points for feedback. These "points"  reflect  your position in the list of "flirts" and is decided on an algorithm based on these criteria so when I missed close to 50 calls because their system is screwed, my rating went down 100 points.

There used to be a system in place to keep you from losing points for not answering, after the first call  it changed your status to "alerts" but no more.  They say screw you!

The call buttons do not work most of the time and since the 800 number is also down this is the only way customers can call!

Every thing is broken, listing, images, the mail system.  Every damn thing.

This is the big fix!????????????

Sounds like they waited until the last minute!

Now we log into the beta site!

I have been, for the most part , out of work for three weeks.  Damn we need a Bobski at Niteflirt.  He is the magic man!

He knows to make the god damn changes in beta before you go live!  To test the freaking kinks!

Unlike blogster this place is losing hundreds of thousands of dollars per day!

I wanna work damn it!

Though I have found a couple of other sites I am working on, Adult works and Phone encounters.  Phone Encounters is a lot like Niteflirt but much smaller probably because they came after Niteflirt and it is the operators job to bring in traffic and since me and a lot of ladies put our eggs in one basket it never got the attention it deserved, NO more!  I am there now and will never , ever trust just one place for my livelihood.  Had it not been for Jt my life would have imploded!

Actually, no, no one has been orgasming for three weeks!

hehehe, you could call me.............*snorts*

i find it funny how AT&T is involved, because they are the same people who screwed up the iPhone picture message by delaying it over 4 months. Sounds similar to your 6 month projected delay.

Granted the launch of the new Blogster was not compeltely uneventful, but it does sound like ours went a lot better than that lol.

Bobski, people screamed loud and hard at Blogster for little issues when your platform first came up but those were little glitches if they used niteflirt, the would be in icu from getting worked up that hard.

Functionality?  There is none at niteflirt.

You have impressed me once again with your skills and your bosses decsion to place his trust in you,

Other than being fantastically hot you are very skilled

BOBSKI<--------(*whisper* attention ladies young, hot and single CATCH)

Bobski, the glitches we have had with the new Blogster under your skilled programming skills are so minor compared to the messed up site that we had under the previous programmer that they ought not even be mentioned in the same sentence.  You are a miracle worker, and we love you for it.

I agree....{#apploud.gif}{#apploud.gif}{#apploud.gif}

I second that.  I wise woman once told me, Bobski Rocks!

Sorry, Holly, about the niteflite screw-ups!  Sounds as though they may have a "Jonathan" during their programming.

That would be my guess!  Oh man he sucked.  Mr. Wold

"Jonathan" {#rofl.gif} How could we forget him!

He was a winner, no? Gotta love him!

You knoiw what I was just thinmking, what if they really do have him?  It may seem like a big world but really talented programmers, not so much.

One thing we know!! Jonathan is NOT a really talented programmer!!!

I should post his baby picture!

hehehehe

I am betting he looks good on paper though

I still have his picture in my album...why would anyone use their baby picture as an avatar?
