About Me

Being an addictions counselor in training for four years was very stressful. The coping methods my brother showed me such as Qi Gong breathing and Tai Chi helped on those stressful days.....so much and continues to do so. I went on my daily commute to and from work in Elmhuest NY, however it started by some force to become difficult? I have come to recognize it as an inner awaking. In college at Hunter, where my Yoga training began I learned a tecnique called mantra, as well modivating me to keep going...

I have learned that with skilled meditation that I gain the strength to cope with everyday life. Also I have learned to respect modern medicine.

Today, I have earned a mediation teacher certification with honers from Aura Wellness. I have also trained in Yang style 24 movements a Tai chi for health for 5 years. One thing That compliments my meditaion is physcal exercise.

I have improved my well being and out look on life a lot. It really is one day at a time.

I seek to facilitate meditation and helth, so one can lead a more peaceful, simple, enjoyable, and ultimately free life. Believe by experience. Yes, meditation has worked for me in aplication such as mindful breathing in a pannic attack. It is something no one can take away, it is a part of me as a way to be.
