Thank you so very much for letting me know what they are. I figured the one in the middle was very old, it has a propeller :) Thanks for your visit and very informative comment. Have a great day |

Yep anacoana, I bet you are correct. The photo on the link you posted is wonderful as if someone was taking it from the next plane. Thanks for the info and for your visit. |
Very interesting intrudermarine, I have see the old planes out there at DM, there are tons and tons of them in rows. It is very cool to drive by and see them. Another cool place in the area is the Pima Air and Space Museum. I can hear planes flying again today... I need to see if they are any different than the ones yesterday and get my 4 planes off the camera for you to see. Thanks so much for your comment and "Sea Story" I enjoyed it very much. Have a wonderful day. |
There is an A-6 in the outside presentations. It's interesting that there are no Navy/Marine planes in the air show. I guess that because it's an Air Force Base. Oh, Top Gun is now at MCAS Yuma, AZ. |
I didn't know that Top Gun was in Yuma. I have no idea how they pick out the planes but you are right... it is an Airforce base. Once they had tons of old planes for a show, very cool seeing them flying around... I took more photos today, there are now four planes. If you want to see them they are posted here http://margar3t.blogster.com/three-planes-now-there-are-four |

They likely are for an air show. There is a P-51 Mustang from WWII, a F-4 Phantom, Vietnam era and some years after and an A-10 Thunderbolt which I beleive is still flying in the National Guard.
