Not much time to blog...
... BUT... I'm SO GLAD Blogster didn't die!
Anyway, I should be walking right now so I'll make it short. I'm down 48 lbs! So close to my 50 lb goal that I'd set for March that I think I'm actually going to make it... at least by the end of the month.
Little Man is reading! I have to confess, we don't always work on it together every day. Sometimes I'm simply not there. But when I am, we do schoolwork. And most days he'll work on his workbook on his own. He's already completed his first Jumbo workbook.
Our weather has been cold, rain, and snow. I had to drive twenty miles over hard packed snow one day. That included lots of steep hills! It went a lot better than I expected, but for the ride home my passengers opted for the long way around.
Anyway, I'd better go get my walking in. It's kinda rainy this morning so I think I'll just do it at the store. Hope y'all have a great day!

Slow weight loss is A-OK! I guess you averaged something like 1/6th of a pound removed per day...sort of easy-peasy (even reported 'sometimes enjoyable') when you've kept it up. Congratulatioins!
BTW...in your absence, I thought you had moved on to a more populous bloggging opportunity. I wonder where everyone has gone? I wonder if they've found a real replacement for Blogster. IMO Blogster has been a premier example of numerous/useful mini-blog applications all at one place within the greater blogossphere

I've tried a few other sites, and none are as easy or interactive as this one. If blogster goes down permanently I'm not sure I will attempt to belong on another social site. |
