yep, it's loud and clear, it says "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence,[note 1] promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." see that little part there that says promote the general wefare, that would be it. Our health is the general welfare of this country. |

Come on Leslie, you wanna fight everything, trust me, if they gave us free health care with well care, there would be a lot less sickness in this country too. That right there would lesson the burden on the entire system. I know you are smart enough to follow this thru in your mind and see the truth on this, we woudn't be as sick as older people either. it would do awaya with meidcare completely, and medicaide too. Thos snot nosed kids in school whos parents can't afford health care would be able to go to a doctor and maybe your grand kids wouldn't get as sick from them as they will right now. Two different meanings, two different words. You can't twist them in to meaning what you want them to mean. The constitution is specific in it's language, and the language of the time. There's not a whole lot left to interpretation if you just read the words.

The plan selected has partnered with a nationwide super/duper drug store chain/ pharmacy to offer a reduced price advantage! This year`s revised plan still feature`s allowing me to shop for a price advantage locally but……….After a first prescription for a given medication is filled locally, subsequent refills will not feature a co-pay thus eliminating the price advantage unless I then utilize the nationwide super/duper chain store they contract with. You gotta love the tenacity of Bureaucrats who would willingly in the final analysis require you & ultimately themselves to pay more for a product in order to make it appear to be cost -effective. Stupid is as stupid does I guess. Ah, but amr, it already is. I have a 90 day prescription for a certain medication. When I went to fill it, I was told I can only fill 30 days at a time due to a national shortage of said medication. So instead of one $10 copay for 90 days, I’ll be paying $30 for 3 separate 30 day prescriptions. Dudley1 Not so difficult to understand. The key word is “partnered”. The insurance company has more or less guaranteed that all their clients will buy drugs from this company. It’s a win-win for both of them. The insurance company gets reduced rates and the pharmecuticle company gets more customers. The only loser is you when you try to buck their system. You are going on the assumption that either one of these companies has your best interest atheart. Don, How much is 7.40 lbs in American money? I doubt it is anywhere near the $646 I have to pay for insulin for 3 months after I have reached the gap in Part D. And I reach that gap in June of every year. Really, my heart bleeds for these people. Of course, paying those exhorbitant prices beats the heck out of not getting them at all which will probably be our fate if obama has his way. Becbeq I have been told that the prices on several of my prescriptions have been raised by the company that make them and Sam’s cannot sell them at $10 for three months any longer. For instance potassium is now four times what I used to pay…$43.08 for three months. I want to take this opportunity to thank obama for all this. It is always so helpful when the government steps in to make your life better |
