ANY LEGISLATOR THAT VOTES ON A BILL HE/SHE HASNT READ OR STUDIED SHOULD BE TARRED AND FEATHERED! THIS WAS INITIALLY KILLED BY A VOTE OF 22-125..THEN PASSES BY THE END OF THE DAY!! SOMETHING IS VERY FISHY!!!
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED ON THE HOUSE FLOOR ON 8 OCTOBER 2009 TO CHANGE THE VOTE COUNT FROM TOTAL FAILURE TO OVERWHELMING SUCCESS IN ONE DAY (17 AMENDMENTS?)!! WTFO!!

I read about this in a Mass. paper. It is gross. Unconstitutional.
