"Exciting Food Receipe"

Preparation Time:
10 minutes
Cooking Time:
20 to 30 minutes
Ready In:
MAX 30 minutes
Servings: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
  • 2 Lbs Jumbo or Extra Large Shrimp
  • 4 finely chopped garlic cloves ,One Medium Bell Pepper
  • 2 sliced and choppped green onions ,1/2 cup of red onions
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 4 teaspon of McCormick no salt Original Table Blend
  • 2 Tablesoons of Onion Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder
  • 1 lb Of your favorite rice
Directions:

It is always best to rinse and devein any shrimp. In a medium skillet on a low fire, grill the fresh red onions, bell peppers, and green onion for about 5 minutes, ( Hmm I smell this cooking already ) so that they stay slightly crunchy. Next lightly season the shrimp with The McCormick Table Blend seasoning and a dash of onion powder, and the garlic powder. Add the seasoned shrimp to the sauteeing veggies in the skillet. Let grill in an opn skillet for about 15 to 20 minutes depending on the sized of shrimp you use. After the blend turns a golden brown , serve over a bed hot of rice with the beverage of your choice. Bon Appetit'

Sounds yummy...we love shrimp, and I always watch for it on sale...try to have it at least once a month.

I do have a couple of questions?

Your recipe calls for fresh chopped garlic, but you don't say when to put it in.  Also, the recipe mentions 2 TBS of onion powder, but then you say to add a dash of of onion powder.

Is that much fresh garlic, combined with 2 TBS garlic powder a bit of overkill?  I love garlic and use it in almost everything...but that seems like a LOT to me.

There isn't such a thing as too much chocolate!!!!

Garlic, I don't know...lol  I use it in nearly every meat dish I prepare, and many other dishes as well...but that really seems like a lot to me...lol

thnks everyone for taking a look , u r right i meant 2 teaspoons of garlic and two teaspoons of onion powder add both of  these seasonings  at the same time you add the shrimp in the sauteed vegetables in the skillet

ENJOY
