Servings: 20 broiled livers
  • ½ lb. chicken livers

  • garlic salt or powder
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 10 pieces of bacon
  • 2 tsps. soy sauce
  • 5 water chestnuts
  • toothpicks

1. Slice the bacon strips in half and water chestnuts in fours.
2. Marinate the sliced bacon strips and water chestnuts in soy sauce.
