New, 3/16/11: Sometimes I blog a lot, and sometimes I blog very little. I write when the mood strikes me or when I have a particular topic of interest that I want to vent on. All this means that you'll more often find me commenting on the pages of others, randomly inserting my opinion on various topics.
Unfortunately for people who tend to interact with me, I don't subscribe to a particular ideology or party, and sometimes my PoV will seem to have a particular cast in nature, so it makes it hard for people to guess where I'm coming from or going to with an argument. That can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on perspective. People have preconceived notions of how people argue certain subjects; this means I often have to clarify myself, and that's fine by me. I've never been secretive about my opinions.
Consider this an open invitation. Something about what I've written somewhere confuse you, or not jibe with something else I've said? If you want to know more about where I'm coming from on a subject, ask! I don't hold questions against people unless they're hostile in nature. What one person might think is a dumb/obvious thing to ask is perfectly natural to someone else. Drop me a note, ask me to explain a position. It wouldn't be the first time a question about my views (previous Vox experience) has prompted me to blog.
Blogging is all about discussion of ideas, after all.
