Key Lime Pie

"Classic American dessert. Just plain awesome and REALLY easy to make!!!"
Ingredients:
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup of lime juice
- 1 3/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- Whipped cream
- 1 key lime
- 10 tablespoons of butter
- 15 graham crackers
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200ÂșC.
2. Melt the butter in the microwave.
3. Pound the graham crackers. Mix with the water and melted butter. Press the crackers into a round cake tin.
4. Place the cake tin in the oven with the crushed graham crackers for 10 minutes or until the crackers have set.
5. Beat the egg yolks well.
6. Combine the egg yolks and the sweetened condensed milk and whisk until pale in colour.
7. Add in the lime juice and mix thoroughly.
8. When the cracker shell has set, take it out of the oven. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker shell.
9. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
10. After 15 minutes, take the pie out and allow it to cool.
11. Put the pie in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
12. While the pie is cooling, slice the key lime thinly.
13. Top the pie with whipped cream and lime slices.
