"Pumpkin is a nutricious vegetable.It is found that protects your body from bacterial and viral infections.Some people doesn't like to have at as a vegetable.In this recipe I suggest a pudding to those who don't like to eat pumpkins as a vegetable."

Ingredients:
- 500 grammes of Pumpkin
- 200 gms sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 eggs
- few vanila drops.
- some salts
Directions:
Just steam the pumpkin and peel the skin.Dissolve the pumpkin extract in the cup of milk.add salt.
beat eggs with sugar and add to the mixture.Add some Vanila and blend well.then steam it for 20 minutes let it cool and serve.
