sweat dish with carrorts

"for lovers of sweet , milky dish. It is simple ,sweet appetizer. in INDIAN style"

Servings: 2
  • carrots - 1/2 kg (grinded finely)
  • milk - 1/2 ltrs
  • sugar - 5 big spoon
  • cream - 3 spoon (plain cream)
  • dry fruits- well smashed / grinded into small pieces for garnishing
  • coconut - grinded for garnish
  • butter/ ghee- 1 piece(15 gm approx)

add butter/ghee in a pan
put meshed/finely grinded carrorts (when butter melts)
stir carrots until it smells good (approx 10 min)

now add sugar and milk in it. stir properly (2min) and letf it in low flame for 30 min

when its done . Add cream in it. (you can maintain its slurry)

serve hot or cooled(not freezed), wit dry fruits topping n dressing in it in a bowl
