Creamy Pumkin Soup

"I love mondays and tuesday, they give me a chnace to make new soup. Today i made a creamy, buttery, pumpkin soup and man it was good and very easy."

Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 2- Small Brown Onions
- 2- Garlic Cloves
- 100g- Butter
- 800ml- Veg stock
- 1- Large Pumpkin
- 2-3-stalks of rosemary
- 3-4-stalks of tyme
- Salt+pepper
Directions:
1. thinly slice onion and garlic cloves
2. Heat up pot and splash with oil
3. Add onion, garlic and butter, sauté till onions are soft
4. cut pumpkin into small pieces and add to the onion mixture
5. Add rosemary and tyme tied up with string in the mixture, this helps to fish out the herbs at the end.
6. Add Veg stock an season to taste
7. cook till pumpkin is soft is stock evaporates add more.
8. when pumpkin is cooked pick out the herbs and blend up the soup pouring it through a strainer.
Thin out with milk or more stock if needed.
