Arpaio: Justice Dept. 'Sandbagged' Me With Lawsuit in Civil Rights Probe

Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio said Thursday the Justice Department "sandbagged" him with the lawsuit it filed earlier in the day against him.
The Justice Department claims in its suit that the controversial Arizona lawman refused for more than a year to turn over records in an investigation into allegations his department discriminates against Hispanics.
"It surprises me because our lawyers have been meeting with the Justice Department officials the last week and we were cooperating," Arpaio told Fox News' Neil Cavuto. "Now all at once, I'm being sandbagged and they're suing me."

bHo and Eric Holder filled our entire Civil Rights Department with radical far-leftists - all of them. They helped throw out the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panthers, and they're the ones who keep suing AZ and Arpaio, and all the other awful things they're doing. Mark Levin's foundation is helping AZ fight all these lawsuits that OUR Federal govt keeps filing against them. |

I would guess a new congress could get rid of holder. If not, they certainly could put enough pressure on Obo. If I were on it, I could start many investigations of him. Holder is his own worse enemy. |

Lets really go after illegals, like the people that hire them! The illegals come here for work, they are hired because they work for less.
