I have my profile and about me section filled out, but then again, I am shamelessly promoting myself and so I consider that valuable information. But what about you? Do you fill out your profile and about me section? I like reading them, even if they are BS, it’s fun to read who you are; what about you, do you care about what other people say about themselves? Do you check out this section of a person’s blog or simply ignore it?

I like to remain a mystery. :)  Most people have a totally opposite view of who and what I really am.     My close friends know me and everyone else is on a "need to know" basis.   lol

Why not--I have NOTHING to hide! When someone requests to be a friend I will read who they are and/or if I am interested in what they post--I like to know a little about people before communicating with them.

I figure those who don't fill them out do have something to hide, aren't honest or are just too lazy.

I figure its on a need to know basis...and people will get an insight on who you are by your posts and comments. :)

I did fill mine out until mmholly posted her article on identity's. Then I took it down and deleted all my blogs. I have nothing to hide...I'm just a wife , mother and grandmother living in Oklahoma. If anyone is interested in knowing anything else they can ask me:)

I had to run back to my page to see if I did...or didn't.  I guess mine isn't completed, but I guess people get to know who you are sooner or later by reading your blogs.  I do have some pictures posted...ummm..I think. Maybe I should check that out too..lol   ^..^

For me, it depends on the website.  On some I do, most sites, no.
