Blueberry Muffins

"An EXTREMELY good muffin recipe from the Betty Crocker cookbook. (I think) You can replace the blueberries with any other fruit or candy. Oh, didn't I tell you? I bake."

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of bread flour
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of blueberries
Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl and put aside.Mix the wet ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ones and mix until completely moistened. Grease a muffin tin and spoon the batter into the tin. Put in the oven for 10 minutes and then turn the tin around. Watch the muffins closely after the flipping and test them with a knife when golden brown. If the knife comes out clean, the muffins are ready.Take them out and let them cool for 5 minutes before removing them.
