I am going on a diet no matter how much I hate it I need to be stereotypical beautiful lol yes i said it. I am a size 9 (pant size) and I am full figured large breast big butt. But I went to my doctors yesterday and he said I was excessively over weight. I m 5'7 and 170 I'm no super model but I never thought myself as excessively over weight. He said I needed to lose 50lbs to be consider healthy (O.O) I was shocked but he is a doctor not me. So I am going on a diet and will be looking for a good diet pills. 50lbs is a lot of weight to lose so if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

If you go by BMI, though it isn't the greatest tool, 5'7" and 120lb, which was your Dr's goal for you, is on the border with underweight. On the other hand, 140lb would be in the middle of the normal weight range and is probably a better target.

Don't try to go too fast. Don't rely on diet pills, especially if you have any heart issues. Notice what and how much you're eating. That goes a long way toward making better choices about the things and the amounts.

Do you want to be support buddies?! Check out Calorie Count. I've been using the Wii Fit Plus and lost 3 pounds in less than a week. My problem is that I go too far and I start to hurt and loose my enthusiasm. Oh, listen to Brad! The quick pill is not the way to go! A regular diet and exercise is the key! If you don't want tio be buddies, I wish you luck on your loss! Just remember to maintain the loss you need to exercise!

I went to a BMI site and they said my normal wight should be 143 that is my target. I am not sure why my doctor wants me a 120 I am natural curvatious I would look strange. Plus I love my butt and boos I don't want to lose that but Ido want to get healthier

You will lose some of your butt and boobs by the time you get to ~140, but it should be proportionate, so not a problem.
