Bridgette Cooper is an award winning international opera singer, actress of stage and television, radio personality, and contributing columnist for OPERAgasm e-zine. Bridgette is the recipient of several national and international vocal awards such as The Paul Robeson National Vocal Competition and The Marjorie Lawrence International Vocal Competition. Bridgette has sung opera since the tender age of 12. Her beautiful voice, stage presence and musical artistry has been compared to the great Marian Anderson and most recently Katherine Jenkins.
Her recent concert appearances include the historic People's Inaugural luncheon Tribute to Michelle Obama and the Bahamas Independence Day Ceremonies which celebrates her Bahamian heritage. Bridgette's performing experience includes performances with Lyric Opera of Chicago, The Washington National Opera, to name a few. Her tours include international opera tours as well as National Broadway Tours.
