Ahh, the familiar carnival game where you shoot mockups of helpless animals with pellet guns to win a prize for your girlfriend. Actually, I do not think I have ever played those carnival games, yet alone even show up to a carnival with a girlfriend. But I digress, this week I show to you the nice free game of Duck Shoot.

It is as simple as it sounds. You shoot ducks. To start you hold the phone steady so that the accelerometer can get a zero point for whatever posture you are sitting in. Then you tap to start and tilt the device a little bit in which ever direction you want your crosshair to float. Shooting is as simple as tapping the screen anywhere you want.

Oh but apparently, the little babies are not worth bonus points as I first thought. So... avoid shooting those I guess.

This app is currently free in the AppStore. This is one of the nicer looking games I have seen so far that were cheap-to-free to download. It is also so simple that it runs really really smooth. Overall this game should be a great time waster for the next time you really need to waste time.
