Hey look I found a tiny lizard
So I was taking out the trash from the programmers workstation here at work, because it was full of crap and I needed to throw more crap in it. Long story short I took the trash out to the dumpster. I tossed it in and peeked in as it flew and there was a racoon in there staring at me as I almost nailed it with the trashbag. The expression on his face was that of "dude, what the hell, you almost hit me!" then we stared at eachother for 30 seconds and I left because the dumpster smells like trash.
As I was walking back though I saw another little lizard on the cement and aquired its photograph with my cellular telephone.

Here is a tiny Lizard.
These things have been running around a lot here recently outside on the hot pavement. I never saw things like these in Indiana. Weekend or two ago I saw a huge one of these stuck to the side of the building hanging on to the brick.

picture a smelly koala bear sitting in a pile of fast food refuse. that is why you got a picture of the lizard instead. |
well...i can't smell the koala... hehehehehehhe but i can SEE. a cutie cutie cutie koala...er. racoon. furry and wide eyed....instead of a - reptile. |
well somebody forgot to tell this racoon that, because he was pretty pissed off that i almost hit him with the trash. ... or maybe he was pissed off because i woke him up! |
it almost looks like the Alligator lizards we have here in SoCal from it's markings and it's head. They will grow to maby 8-10 inches when full grown. Where are you at? |
DFW, Texas. I was thinking it might be a baby one of these "Texas Spiney Lizard" that is what the big one on the side of the building I seen once was. It looks really similar to me just without the spiney parts maybe they do not get those till they grow up. http://www.sibleynaturecenter.org/photoessays/scurrycowildlife/21.jpg |
