Some examples of the bible's use of the word BEGOTTEN:
Rev 1:5>And Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and THE FIRST BEGOTTEN of The Dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth, unto him that loved us, and Washed us from our sins in his blood.
1 Jn 4:4>Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome Them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. :5>They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. :6>We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. :7>Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth IS BORN of God, and Knoweth God. :8>He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
:9>>>>>IN THIS was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his ONLY BEGOTTEN Son into the world, that we might live through him.
1Jn 5:1>Whosoever believeth that Jesus is THE CHRIST is BORN of God: and every one that loveth him that BEGAT loveth him also THAT IS BEGOTTEN of him.
1Jn 5:18>We know that whosoever IS BORN of God sinneth not; but he that IS BEGOTTEN of God Keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
This following verse is the verse that turned my head and got me searching the scriptures:
1Pet 1:3>Blessed be The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy HATH BEGOTTEN US Again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
>>>>>>>>>the entire listing:
Gen 5:4, Lev 18:11, Num 11:12, Deut 23:8, Jg 8:30, Job 38:28, Ps 2:7, Isa 49:21, Hos 5:7, Jn 1:14,18, Jn 3:16,18, Act 13:33, 1 Cor 4:15, Ph'm :10, Heb 1:5,6, Heb 5:5, Heb 11:17, 1Pet 1:3, 1Jn 4:9, 1Jn 5:1,18, Rev 1:5
James 1:18>Of his own will BEGAT HE US with THE WORD of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
Extra: John 15:2>Every branch IN ME that beareth not fruit, he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, That is may bring forth more fruit. :3>NOW YE ARE CLEAN through THE WORD which I HAVE SPOKEN unto YOU(his eleven disciples minus Judas who was taken away).
Extra: Jesus in the wilderness:
Matt 4:1>THEN was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness TO BE TEMPTED(=tested, tried) of the devil. :2 And when he had fasted Forty Days and Forty Nights, he was afterward An Hungered. :3>And when the Tempter came to him, he said, IF THOU BE THE SON OF GOD(see Mt 3:17), command that these stones be made bread. :4>But he answered and said, IT IS WRITTEN, Man SHALL NOT LIVE BY BREAD Alone, BUT BY EVERY WORD that proceedeth OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD.
>>>>>QTD FM DEUT chapter 8<<<<<
Deut 8:1-5>All the Commandments which I COMMAND THEE THIS DAY shall ye observe TO DO, that YE MAY LIVE, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers. :2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the Lord thy God led thee THESE FORTY YEARS in THE WILDERNESS, TO Humble thee, and TO PROVE THEE, To KNOW what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no. :3>And he HUMBLED THEE, and SUFFERED(=allowed) thee TO HUNGER, and fed thee with MANNA, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; thathe might make thee know That MAN DOTH NOT LIVE BY BREAD Only, but by EVERY WORD that proceedeth OUT OF THE MOUTH of the Lord doth man live.
So, when I hear the word begotten, these are the words that come to my mind.
As far as I know, I am the only person that listen to the Bible on the Bible.
>>>>John 3:16>For God so loved the world, that he gave his ONLY BEGOTTEN Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life...<<<<<<>>>>>>

We, as christians are born again (Begotten again) spiritually. Jesus was always Gods' Son spiritually, but is the only person born from the dead physically (with an eternal body). Jesus is the only begotten Son now, but at the resurrection and Rapture, he won't be the only begotten Son anymore. We will be also, if we will have died first. If we are living at the Rapture, we will be translated like Enoch, Elijah and Moses were.

Of the scriptures I have listed highlighting the word Begotten, none say what you have said. Where do get your information?

(John 3:16) Jesus is the only begotten Son of God. When did God give birth to Jesus, or bring him into being? Jesus was in the beginning spiritually. He is God the Son. Begotten is a reference to being born from the dead physically. Physically, Jesus was a man. He called himself the son of man. Jesus is the firstborn from the dead. (Col.1:18).  We also will be born from the dead, physically if we are resurrected at the Rapture. Then Jesus won't be the only one that is born from the dead. Jesus is the firstfruits of the resurrection. (1 Cor.15:23)
