Healthy Italian Chicken Salad

"Chicken salad with a lil tang."

Preparation Time:
5-10 Mins.
Cooking Time:
7-10 Mins
Ready In:
10 Mins
Servings: 1-2 Servings
Ingredients:
  • 1 c. Salad greens. (spinach, mixed greens)
  • 1 thawed Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free Italian Dressing
  • Fat Free Dressing of Choice (optional)
Directions:

Take the thawed chicken breast and chop it into cubes. take 1/2 cup Italian dressing and spread it in a 10 inch pan evenly. (If you have a gas stove, turn heat to low-medium heat. If using a electric stove, it may take a little longer cooking time.) Let dressing sizzle for 30 seconds to heat up. Take the cubed chicken and put it in pan. Stir chicken for 7-10 mins. Place fully cooked chicken on salad of choice. Top salad with dressing of choice and enjoy!
