Easy and Delicious Saute Potatoes

Servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
- 600g New potatoes (cut into small chunks
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Sprigs of chopped rosemary
- 2 Cloves of Garlic - peeled
- Parsley
Directions:
Add the potatoes to a pan of boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
Drain the potatoes so they are crispy.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add the small chunks of potatoes.
Add the 2 cloves of garlic and seasoning. Stir and coat the potatoes well.
When starting to turn golden brown, add the chopped rosemary and mix well.
Great anytime but a great idea for breakfast with a poached egg on the side or as a mini roast

One, I am a terrible cook, well I can, but a long time since I've had to cook for someone, two, cook at breakfast! I don't eat cooked breakfast, it's slim fast or if not on that, cereal. But it sounds nice and if I got my lazy backside into gear, I would have it for dinner. Good one.
