Solve the Socialism issue and most of the other problems will resolve themselves. Tiger's going to have to work his problems out himself. But wouldn't I love to trade my problems for his! |

Yea, I agree. I would let some blond girl smack me in the head with a golf club if I could walk away with $300 million. However, we would NEVER cheat on our wives, this would never happen to us. So case closed. |

I chose the Other category....and it is the deficit that most concerns me. I truly believe it is the key to most of the items you have listed here. We need to wrap our arms around this issue as soon as possible. Our debt to China and our spending on worthless items while at the same time our spending still runs out of control is a major problem. Unlike some....I blame the Congress for this....as I did when President Bush was in office!!! |

I care about Jobs and Health care. Socialism is never going to happen in America even if some aspects of it is necessary. Health care in America is ridiculously expensive and we need to fix it now. |

I really would like to believe that Americans would never except socialism. However, if people believe that they can "vote" themselves FREE stuff, they could be lead deeper into socialism. Health care is too expensive and needs to be reformed, but I worry that these current bills will not solve that problem. Thanks for the comment..!! |

It was a toss up between Jobs and stopping socialism. I picked stopping socialism. I don't know, kill me with a gun or kill me with a knife, doesn't seem to matter in the end. Can I change my user name from JMO to "the pessimist"? |

Yes, Socialism spreading in America, or worse, Communism. Everyone is still too polite referrring to Socialism, when the framework for communism has been laid. Yes, Lack of American JOBS. Or even, Lack of Jobs, anywhere. The people of the planet get very sick, when America has a cold. There is not a good economy much of anywhere. A good economy somewhere, would translate to trade, and jobs. So between A) and B) above, what concerns me the most, is that there is an Oligarch group of people who have the money and power. This Oligarch has thrown the world's people into major recession, and the Oligarch thinks what is happening is beneficial to them. Yes, Health Care, only because within the 2000 or so pages, is the language to create a Police State, and install Communism. I dont like that illegal immigrants would get health care while seniors lose health care. Overall though, there is no emergency about people getting health care immediately, that Congress should be working on Sunday. They are working on Sunday, only so that the Communist health care takeover of Americans might get enacted by some date that the communist oligarchs want their structure in place to control the Americans. No, Saving the earth, going GREEN, you must be joking. Climategate. Al Bore. They should be in jail for perpetrating a financial fraud upon Americans. No,The War in Afghanistan, or Pakistan, or otherplace. American troops are being used for the purposes of European Oligarchs. It is being blamed on a fictional enemy created by the CIA, to cause turmoil in nations, and provide an excuse to invade another nation, for the Oligarchs to take their land, resources and wealth. Yes, Loss of constitutional freedom, is a big problem. Once again, blame the Oligarchs and their lackeys aka American politicians. No, lol. I dont care at all. How much Tiger Woods No, I can keep my cell phone a safe distance away. Can my cell phone REALLY make me impotent. What irritates me though about our cell phones, is that the cell phones are being used as 2-way listening devices by the NWO oligarchs in power. We are constantly under survellience. Yes, Other- please list the topic in the comment section below. There was no mention of the people behind the problems. The problems are merely a symptom, the illness is the corrupt people in control. Name them, name them, name them. They are the problem. Dig out the root of the problem, rather than just observing the symptoms. |

I should have put a button (choice) up there for "everything" being the most important issue. I have a hard enough time walking and chewing gum at the same time, so I kind of focus on one issue. It has to be a tough time worrying how the world will be for your child. However, I remember my grandfather saying that he worried about us kids and the future, and somehow we survived. (I almost said that I turned out "normal.") That has yet to be seen. Thanks for the comment, Glitter..!! |

Socialism,,that takes jobs away.Under it folks don't make much the govt. does.The govt controls us all in socialism, and capitalism that creats jobs is stiffled under it so no job growth. |

well - there were several choices there i could have selected - and it really made me think - and I chose loss of constitutional freedom - losing our freedom is losing everything we hold dear - our jobs, our republic, our voice being heard - it effects it all - great poll - AR! Thanks |

You make a great point… What good is having a great job if you have no freedom? Then again, what good is freedom if you have no job, no money to enjoy that freedom, and you become a prisoner to poverty? I understand what you are saying and freedom is very, very important. We must fight for both. |

well AR - I could say a prisoner to poverty in a free country is better than a prisoner to poverty in a non-free country - but poverty is a devastating event - period - the point about jobs - I was really referring to any job of our choosing - never mind a great job - when I was in Russia - '73 - all citizens wore "status" ribbons on there label - it denoted their "place in society" - which denoted their job opportunities - which was decided for them as a child - but the whole issue brings us to the proverbial catch 22 really - no job, no freedom, no freedom, no job - and yes AR - we must fight for both - for all Freedom has to offer :) |

My biggest concern is our environment, our earth, our home, our future.There can be no jobs, no healthcare, or war, or freedoms without her. I feel it should be a number one concern globally. I'm talking about the scarcity of resources, drinkable water, arable land ect. The problem is, that many businesses won't use recycled products or use resuable material if it won't generate enough profit for the business, or a person won't go out of there way just to ride a bike to school, or carpool. There needs to be a change today, and it's not to be put on someone else, it's your responsbility people. |

Today, more companies are using recycled material, much more than 20 years ago. They just do not advertise it, and the media will not shut off their computers, get their fat butts out of the chair, and report important stories. They do not advertise it because- well, would you want to know that your cheeseburger was packaged in recycled material that could have been used to house kitty litter? Or your cell phone plastic could have had a previous life as a tampon applicator? I toured an auto plant, and walking through a hallway, there were thousands of plastic “inside” door panels; all lined up in the hallway. I asked: “Wow, you guys need storage space. Some place to store all these door panels.” The shop manager said: “Oh, those are all scrap. The machine was screwing up and we didn’t catch it in time, but we grind all of these up, melt the plastic, and reuse it all. There will be no waste. Companies are recycling, they just do not always advertise it. The car company is not going to say: “Hey, we screw up a bunch of car door panels each day, but we recycle.” I am all for people conserving resources, but it MUST be a FREE choice. No government should dictate what you can eat, what you can say, how you should dress, who you can date, how warm you keep your house, or how much driving you do in your car. |

I have picked JOBS as my most important issue.
Rising socialistic idealism in America DOES concern me, and the loss of constitutional freedom that socialism brings.
But I see attitudes changing in America, as people say: “I wanted to reform health care, BUT I didn’t want this HUGE bill that changes everything.”
-or-
“I want a clean environment for my children, BUT I do not want this HUGE Cap and Trade bill that causes utility costs to rise on the poor.”
For me, the most important issue is American JOBS.
