It doesn’t hurt to laugh
Having a good sense of humor is possibly one of the most attractive characteristics in a person. For some, a good sense of humor has turned into a powerful skill. People are drawn towards people who can make them laugh. Having the ability to take tension off of a serious situation, or cheer someone up who is depressed can be difficult to do. Knowing how to ease the condition through humor can be advantageous.
During times of tension or differences of opinion, it is important to know where to draw the line so that feelings aren’t hurt. Knowing how to be edgy and witty is always fun, but it’s only fun when you are making everyone laugh.
Times of political tension can cause people to react in many ways. Some people get stressed, some overwhelmed; someone who knows how to turn the situation around and lighten up the state of being has a gift of absurdity. This type of humor doesn’t target one group to put them down; they just make fun of the situation in a way that makes people laugh. What’s the harm in that?
